The message
Life is finite and a long life is not granted. Every second counts in the event of an accident to keep an injured person alive. When the emergency service arrives late the future life of many changes. Because sometimes you feel the absence of a person more than the presence of others.
Strengthening the rescue service system should be a concern for all of us and an urgent agenda item for the politics. Because every accident victim being medicated late through a broken system leaves a void.
The production
The spot was shot in early Autumn 2022 in Southern Berlin. Capturing the broad spectrum of a person’s life in just 3 shooting days was a logistical challenge consisting of various motif changes, a multitude of cast and extras as well as a passionate team striving for captivating images – and a vast amount of luck with weather.
